Donation Terms of Use

Thank you for supporting The Charles and Valerie Quenneville Foundation. By making a donation through our website, you agree to the following terms.
1. Charitable Status
The Charles and Valerie Quenneville Foundationis a registered charitable organization operating in Canada. If applicable, our charitable registration number with the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) is 737238956 RR0001.
Donations made through this website support our charitable programs, initiatives, and operational activities.
2. Donation Processing
All online donations are processed securely through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By submitting your donation, you authorize Stripe to charge your selected payment method for the amount indicated.
We do not store or have access to your full credit card details.
3. Donation Currency
All donations are processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified.
4. Tax Receipts
Where eligible under Canada Revenue Agency guidelines, an official charitable tax receipt will be issued to the donor.
Receipts may be issued:
- Annually at the end of the calendar year.
5. Recurring Donations
If you choose to make a recurring donation, you authorize The Charles and Valerie Quenneville Foundationto charge your payment method automatically according to the selected billing schedule (e.g., monthly).
You may cancel recurring donations at any time by contacting us at info@cvqfoundation.org or by accessing your customer profile on Stripe.
6. Donation Errors
If you believe a donation has been made in error or without authorization, please contact us immediately at info@cvqfoundation.org so we can investigate.
7. Changes to These Terms
The Charles and Valerie Quenneville Foundation reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with the revised effective date.
